KnowledgeView, the leading multi-publishing solutions provider in the Middle East and Europe, has organized and Editorial Change Management (ECM) session with Oman Establishment for Print and Press (OEPP) on April 14 where senior management and editorial staff from Oman Daily and Oman Observer gathered to discuss the digital practices and KnowledgeView’s solutions.

The discussions tackled KnowledgeView existing solutions comprising PageView, RAPID Browser and RAPID Archive as well as the newest native solutions for the iPhone and iPad. The ECM was a great opportunity to discuss the need for ‘Change Management Agent’ in OEPP as well as a ‘Change Management Consultant’ from KnowledgeView to assess the needs of the editorial teams, monitor the progress and make sure all the action points are smoothly implemented.

“This visit was a great opportunity to meet the editorial teams and discuss altogether the current practices and find ways to optimize them. The “Publish live” products provide a comprehensive and convenient editorial solution to find info, share info and publish info on print, web and mobile. We are keen on taking our partnership with OEPP to a new level especially that we both aim to take the challenge and venture the newest areas of iPhone and iPad. We have also suggested three star commercial products that help clients generate revenues from existing content through syndication and advertisement.” Dr. Ali Al Assam commented, CEO, KnowledgeView.

KnowledgeView’s relationship with OEPP started 2 years ago with the establishment of a digital content management system for both Oman Daily and Oman Observer and many different joint multi-publishing projects are in the pipeline.
